Regular Bookings
The Hall is heavily used with back-to-back bookings. The only available slots for a new regular activity throughout the year are:
Mondays from 09.00 – 10.30
Wednesdays afterschool 16.00 – 18.00
Fridays afterschool 16.00 – 19.00
Most Saturday evenings from 19.00 – 22.00
Note: all timings include set-up and clear-down. Short-runs during holiday times are available.
One-off Bookings
Casual bookings are only accepted up to four months in advance. Hire costs follow the standard pricing but children’s parties are 4-hour slots at £100. This includes time for set-up and clear-down. Frequently available on Saturday afternoons and Sunday afternoons. Variants on this by arrangement. Check calendar for availability of your required date. No resident caretaker during booking but initial induction given. Charity events are generally charged at our standard rates.
